Soybean chili dipping sauce
 
This dipping sauce can be served with fish recipes. If you like coriander, you can add coriander leaves in your sauce.
     
 

   
 
 Ingredient
             
 
3-5
bird chilies (chopped)
2
tbsp chinese garlic (chopped)
2
tbsp ginger (chopped)
2
tbsp soybean paste
½
tsp white sugar

tbsp squeezed lime juice
Coriander leaves for garnishing
 
     
     Method  
       
 
  1. Chop finely the bird chilies, garlic, ginger, then put soybean paste and chop together until mixed well. Put chili pase in the mixture bowl.
  2. Add lime juice and sugar into the chili pase, stir, try and put more ingredients as your preference.
  3. Put in a small bowl for serving. Garnish with coriander leaves.
 
       
    The amount is about 1 small cup.
